WOW I can't believe I haven't up-dated my blog for so long! I will be on here tomorrow showing what we have been doing in our stamp clubs and what I have planned for in the future! YIKES....all I can say is that life has thrown me some curves lately and hopefully they have worked themselves out! Thanks to all of you who have stuck it out with me!

Since you must have pre-wrapped candy when you supply candy, etc in the schools I thought I would try Hershey Kisses...they worked these are

the dark chocolate ones that work nice with our Rich Razzleberry In-Color Cardstock ... I also used Old Olive and Whisper White.

MY SMALL HOMETOWN LIBRARY!!

Gave me the use of their display cases for the month of July and boy was I able to fill them up! Some of the cards are donations for my fundraiser on August 5th at the VFW for the *Cards for the Troops*!! I've received so many of them!! So if you see some that look familiar they are!! They will be sent to the troops and be appreciated I'm sure by them!

I'm starting my Scrap Club this Thursday and have a couple of spots left if anyone wants to join in....if you want to be an online participant you will receive everything everyone else receives but I'm sorry you will have to pay postage! Email me and I will explain how we can work this out so it won't be to bad on you!

You will receive 1 page a month and 1 card for purchasing $15 in items from the Stampin' Up! catalog (which you DO receive along with the kewl mini's we put out!!)

NEW MARKER CLUB BEGINNING!!

Friends of mine have done a few marker clubs in the past, and I think anyone who has participated will agree that it was a great investment in their craft collection. Personally, I don't have the set of 48 markers but I do have the set of the NEW IN COLORS markers and love them! Everyone that has all 48 love having them!

They are great for coloring in images, multi-coloring stamped images, splattering with the air brush tool, watercoloring, and much more. I recently learned how to shade with them, it's awesome! And the most fabulous feature is that they all coordinate with the 48 Stampin' Up! colors.Here are a few scenarios on how Marker Club could work this time, depending on how many people participate. The monthly totals include SH and tax.

4 people / 4 months / $37.32 per month

6 people / 6 months / $24.88 per month

8 people / 8 months / $18.66 per month

Each participant would also receive hostess benefits including a free SU catalog, a free hostess stamp set, and $15 in SU merchandise of their choice....for one of the months.

For 16 years our neighborhood has set off an awesome display of fireworks that are even better than our town's!

NEW SCRAPBOOKING CLUB BEGINNING!

The new club will start on July 23rd at 7:00 at the VFW! There are only 2 spots left so if you are interested give me a call and reserve your spot before it fills!

We will meet on the 4th Thursday of each month and rotate *Hostesses* and that person will receive the Hostess benefits for that month...You are guarenteed a stamp set AND at least $15 to spend on ANYTHING in the NEW catalog! You also get the new catalog being released on July 1st for free. Your obligation is to spend $15 a month on items from the catalog and in return I supply materials and instructions to make 1 scrapbook page and 1 card each month that we will complete during our time together!

It's alot of fun and we will have 10 completed pages at the end of our time together!

Come join us in our effort to send cards to our wonderful troops overseas! These are Birthday, Christmas, Thinking of You, Anniversary, etc. cards for THEM to send home to THEIR LOVED ones!!

We are also taking donations of items to put in CARE PACKAGES to send over! As always monetary donations are always welcomed also to help fill the boxes and for postage to send them! Our troops are allowed to mail the cards BACK HOME free!! But in order for us to get them to them it does cost!
